Bruno Fernandes has refused to single Ole Gunnar Solskjaer out for blame following Manchester United s humiliating 4-1 defeat against Watford on Saturday, insisting it is a collective failure.
Josh King, Ismaila Sarr, Joao Pedro and Emmanuel Bonaventure helped themselves to goals against the Red Devils who had Harry Maguire sent off after receiving a second yellow card.
The result means United have won just once in their last six Premier League games, losing four and conceding 12 goals in that run, with pressure intensifying on Solskjaer s position as manager. Indeed, a board meeting is rumoured to have taken place in the wake of the loss.
Fernandes however, instead directed the blame for the side s poor form at the team as a collective unit.

Spain coach Vicente del Bosque says he will give striker David Villa as much time as possible to be fit for Euro 2012.
Del Bosque was originally set to name his 23-man group on May 23, but the Copa del Rey final between Barcelona and Athletic Bilbao on May 25 has forced him to delay the selection by four days.
Villa has yet to play for Barcelona since breaking his tibia against Al Sadd at the Club World Cup in December, but Del Bosque insists the Euro 2008 champions will give the forward the necessary time to prove his fitness.
Villa at the Euros? I talked with Pep yesterday. We will wait until the last moment, he s our top goalscorer, Del Bosque said.

Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) president Angel Maria Villar says Vicente del Bosque s side deserve their favourites tag for Euro 2012.
Spain are the defending champions after beating Germany 1-0 in the final of Euro 2008, and lifted the FIFA World Cup in South Africa two years later.
Villar welcomed Spain s favouritism for the UEFA competition in Ukraine and Poland, but he also believes every team is capable of beating each other.
We deserve the tag of favourites, he told Marca.
But it s not just the teams we all know about that can beat you, but every national side. In Portugal in 2004, Greece won the title.
Spain have the opportunity this year to become the first ever team to win three consecutive major tournaments.

Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery has averaged just 17 league appearances in the last three seasons.
Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery could start the new season in fantastic form with how well he performed in Wednesday’s 1-0 win against Manchester City.
Bayern and Man City took part in a pre-season friendly at the Allianz Arena, and the injury-prone Frenchman impressed his new manager Carlo Ancelotti to remind the coach and supporters of his ability in his final year at the club.
Injuries taken their toll on Ribery’s career
Since 2012, Bayern Munich supporters have hard seen Franck Ribery in the German Bundesliga. The 33-year-old has struggled with injuries for a number of years, averaging just 17 league appearances in the last three seasons, and …
Emma Hayes had mixed feelings despite seeing Chelsea condemn holders Barcelona to a first home defeat for five years and edge closer to the Champions League final.
Erin Cuthbert’s first-half goal clinched a precious 1-0 semi-final first-leg win at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys to set the Women’s Super League leaders up perfectly for the return at Stamford Bridge next Saturday.
It was a first competitive victory for the Blues over Barca, who knocked them out at the same stage last season on their way to a second European title, and came courtesy of a superb defensive effort – but boss Hayes was left wondering what might have been.
Thank you for fantastic support, Blues!

Timo Werner won a penalty on his Chelsea debut as second-half goals from Reece James and Kurt Zouma ensured they began the Premier League season with a 3-1 win at Brighton and Hove Albion.
Werner and Kai Havertz, the marquee signings of a free-spending transfer window for Chelsea, were each named in a front three for the visit to the Amex Stadium.
The former was key in breaking the deadlock, which Jorginho did in the 23rd minute after Werner was brought down by Mat Ryan.
Lucas Trossard briefly restored parity but a spectacular strike from James and a fortuitous one by Zouma sealed maximum points for Frank Lampard s men.
Neither goalkeeper was troubled in the first 20 minutes before Brighton gifted Chelsea the opening goal with some careless play in their …
